About Victoria DePaul

I reside in Worcester, MA with my two teenage sons, two akitas, two parakeets, six snakes and one crazed cat. Remarkably, the animals get along well with each other- though I am careful to keep a watchful eye. I have a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from the New York Institute of Technology.

I founded Galileo Business & Learning Consultants, LLC in 2007 after many years in human resource management. As a retired corporate executive, I have extensive experience in the development of human potential holding positions as supervisor, manager, leader and corporate trainer. Through seminars, consulting, coaching and speaking engagements I continue to motivate and move people toward peak-performance in all areas of life.

The intrapreneurial leadership model of “We Are One”, is based on my personal, organizational, management and business success and is documented in “Creating the Intrapreneur: The Search for Leadership Excellence". It is important that leaders understand that organizations are energy systems where the basic unit of power of any energy system, whether it be a business, a family, a neighborhood, or a global community is the individual.

The power of this new organizational methodology is its recognition that each of us is a Life Energy, Spirit entity¾an energy system itself consisting of Wisdom, Power, and Value.   This Life Energy can manifest itself as either positive or negative. Organizations can control the positive or negative outflow of energy once they understand how to harness the true quantum, spiritual energies of its members. 

When businesses, organizations and communities begin to understand the ultimate motivation of all persons – the experience of more and more Life Essence Energy- they can be the catalyst for positive, permanent change in people, their families and communities¾ local, national and global.  As you read this book, you will learn how great leaders in history such as John F. I am also the owner and founder of the Renaissance Institute of Spiritual Development. Through Renaissance, I strive to be an active leader in the spiritual transformation of humanity, assisting indiividuals in moving forward through adversity into personal growth and discovery. I live in the awareness that we all share a divine and unique relationship with the universe and that we are the creator of own reality.
